Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time
A Brighter Way, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This position provides a combination of center-based and in-home ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
Our mission is to help children soar by providing individualized, evidence-based services that focus on meaningful progress and family collaboration. We are looking for a BCBA who values clinical quality, teamwork, and building strong relationships with clients and families.
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and RBTs.
- Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations.
- Conduct parent and caregiver training.
- Collaborate with schools, outside providers, and treatment team members as appropriate.
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Connecticut LBA or ability to obtain licensure.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Reliable transportation for community and home-based visits.
