- Answering phone calls and emails to assist clients with questions, bookings, and updates.
- Managing check-ins and check-outs for daycare, boarding, and grooming services.
- Maintaining accurate records and schedules using basic computer systems.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure every dog receives the best care possible.
- Handling a fast-paced environment with confidence and efficiency.
