Industrial Maintenance Technician
We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, working with your hands, and keeping production running, we'd love to talk with you.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
- Diagnose issues with motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and other industrial equipment
- Work with the maintenance team to minimize downtime
- Complete repairs safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- Previous industrial maintenance experience
- Mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to use common hand and power tools
- Experience with motors, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, or basic electrical is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow
