Key Responsibilities
- Assist with installing pipe and site preparation
- Support residential site development projects
- Dig trenches and assist with laying pipe
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Assist equipment operators as needed
- Shovel, rake, and perform general excavation labor
Requirements of the Excavation Laborer:
- Previous outdoor construction or excavation experience preferred
- Experience digging trenches or laying pipe is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Heavy Equipment Operator experience is a bonus
