Electrical QA/QC – Data Center Projects (NC, GA & OH)

We're seeking experienced Electrical QA/QC professionals to support large-scale data center construction projects throughout North Carolina, Georgia, and Ohio.
If you have a strong background in electrical quality assurance and quality control for commercial or mission-critical projects, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering some of the nation's most advanced data centers.
Every project is scheduled for 1 year or longer, providing steady work, consistent overtime opportunities, and long-term career growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical quality inspections throughout all phases of construction.
- Review installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, NEC, and customer standards.
- Conduct and document quality inspections for conduit, cable tray, equipment installation, terminations, grounding, and electrical distribution systems.
- Verify installations prior to energization and turnover.
- Manage inspection reports, punch lists, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, foremen, superintendents, clients, and commissioning teams.
- Track and resolve quality deficiencies in a timely manner.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and organized for project turnover.
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Required: Data center construction experience.
- Previous experience in Electrical QA/QC, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Electrical Inspection.
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
- Strong understanding of:
- NEC requirements
- EMT, Rigid, and PVC conduit
- Cable tray systems
- Wire pulling and terminations
- Switchgear, panels, transformers, and electrical distribution
- Blueprint and schematic reading
- Experience with inspection documentation, punch lists, turnover packages, and quality reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to projects in North Carolina, Georgia, and Ohio.
