Responsibilities

- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, controlling food costs, and minimizing waste through effective inventory control practices
- Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning, special event catering, and dietary accommodations to meet diverse guest needs
- Manage shift schedules for kitchen staff, providing leadership and guidance to foster a motivated team environment

Skills
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining and catering environments
- Proven supervising experience within a fast-paced kitchen or hospitality setting
