Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including motor coaches, school buses, or limousines, to transport passengers to and from airport terminals and designated locations
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure passenger safety at all times
- Assist passengers with luggage handling and provide helpful information about local area services or directions
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure mechanical soundness and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of trips, passenger counts, and vehicle mileage for operational purposes
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and passengers using clear language to coordinate schedules and address any concerns
- Uphold excellent customer service standards by being courteous, professional, and attentive to passenger needs
Skills
- Proven experience in bus driving, shuttle driving, or delivery driver roles with a strong emphasis on customer service
- Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshooting minor issues
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for bus or shuttle operation
- Familiarity with paratransit services, motor coach operations, or limousine driving is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly in English with passengers and team members
- Experience in school bus driving or as a <PERSON> driver is advantageous
- Strong communication skills combined with a professional demeanor and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to bus driving, maintenance procedures, and emergency response
