Job Summary
As a prek assistant teacher, you will be instrumental in shaping the early development of young learners, fostering both academic growth and social-emotional well-being. Duties
- Educate and tutor students in various subjects
- Implement early intervention strategies to support students' learning and development
- Assist in implementation of age-appropriate curriculum plans
- Assist in assessments to evaluate student progress
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Assist in implementation engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
Skills
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles
- Experience working with young students in a childcare or educational setting
- Experience in lesson planning
- Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff members
- Minimum of 6 ECE Credits Required
