Job Title: Manual Grinder
Summary: Looking for a dependable Grinder to join our team.
Pay: $20-25 per hour

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday – Friday (40-50 hrs), some Saturday’s (Usually 5.5 hrs when necessary)
Responsibilities:
· Interprets complicated drawings, program sheets, and instructions to determine work to be done.
· Performs a variety of grinding operations (OD, ID, Rotary) to close and interrelated tolerances.
· Performs setup and change over.
· Performs a variety of inspection and gaging operations to insure maintenance of quality standards and specifications.
· Measures workpiece for conformance to specifications.
· Cleans machine, tooling, and parts.
· Must be willing to run multiple machines simultaneously where possible.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
· Other duties may be assigned.
· Excellent attendance is a must.
Experience:
· Minimum 3 Years Grinding (Required)
· Job Shop – Low Volume High Mix (Preferred)
· Manual Mill or Manual Lathe (a plus)
Education:
· High school or equivalent (Preferred)
