The Child Care Subsidy Program increases children's access to early learning by assisting eligible parents/guardians with payments for child care in Missouri. The purpose of this program is to not only ensure children have access to early childhood programs, but also to help families with the cost of child care so they are able to focus on finding and holding steady jobs and/or are able to attend school and training programs.
Responsibilities - What you’ll do
What you’ll do:
- Stay up to date on the federal and state requirements related to the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF).
- Conduct regular internal and external evaluations and assessments to support the monitoring and oversight of CCDF activities.
- Refer monitoring activity reports to Program Specialist for analysis and tracking.
- Participate in the federally required Error Rate Review to maintain compliance with CCDF requirements.
- Ensure high-quality customer service through timely and professional responses to emails and phone calls.
- Serve as backup for the Program Specialist in the Program Integrity Unit, as needed.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with department staff and other state, federal, and local agencies.
- Assist with Administrative Assistant duties, as necessary.
- Demonstrate regular, reliable, and engaged attendance.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or High School Equivalency.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
