Effective July 1, 2025 in accordance with the applicable Memorandum of Understanding, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) was implemented in response to the status of the State budget. PLP 2025 requires each full-time employee in Bargaining Unit R01, and related Excluded, Exempt and Statutory Exempt employees, will have their base salary reduced by three percent and will receive five hours PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through June 2027. Salaries do not reflect the recent changes.
Analyst I
Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, Compliance and Reporting Unit (CRU), the Analyst I performs analytical duties related to evaluating the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance at each CDCR institution with health care related department policies and procedures, court mandates, and federal and state regulations; assisting in the facilitation of timely access to health care services for patients; and supporting any other projects and initiatives undertaken by the Receiver. Up to 10% statewide travel may be required with this position.
Analyst II
Under the direction of the Supervisor I, CRU, the Analyst II performs complex analytical duties related to evaluating the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance at each CDCR institution with health care related Department policies and procedures, court mandates, and federal and state regulations; facilitating timely access to health care services for patients; and supporting any other projects and initiatives undertaken by the Receiver. Up to 10% statewide travel may be required.
This position is located in CRU, Corrections Services (CS). The CS’ programs provide vital services that ensure CCHCS’ continued compliance, health care access, and safety throughout all institutions.
