Currently enrolled in a 2-year associate’s or 4-year bachelor’s program in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering.

OR currently enrolled in a trade school program such as Mechatronics, Welding, Machining, Electrical Technology, etc.

Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to operational excellence in a professional environment.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and familiarity with project management tools and software.
The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $15-$20 per hour. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
