This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions, and supporting administrative tasks across various departments. Duties
- Data processing
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Provide customer support via phone or email, ensuring excellent service standards
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and incoming mail with attention to detail
- Support office management activities including organizing files, maintaining records, and preparing reports
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
Experience
- High School Diploma required
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools preferred
- Familiarity with office management practices including filing systems and data entry processes.
