In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional catering experiences by assisting with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen operations. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Cook and present dishes in accordance with menu specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are followed to maintain food safety.
- Participate in catering preparation and execution as needed.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
- Experience in banquet service or hotel environments is a plus.
- A background in culinary arts or hospitality can enhance your candidacy.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
