Client Success Manager / Area Leader / Field Supervisor (Exempt)

Salary: $42,000 per year (Exempt)
Clean Facility is expanding and preparing to launch a new commercial cleaning account in the Cuyahoga Falls / Akron market. We are seeking a hands-on Area Leader who gets things done, solves problems without drama, and leads by example.
This is not a desk manager role. This is for someone who rolls up their sleeves, handles issues quickly, supports their team, and keeps operations running smoothly.
Position Overview
The Area Leader is responsible for overseeing multiple cleaning locations, conducting inspections, supporting team members, coordinating coverage, and ensuring service excellence. Reliability, accountability, and ownership matter more than prior management titles.
We are looking for someone dependable who can step in when needed, maintain standards, and keep fires under control without constant direction.
Compensation
- $42,000 annual salary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee approximately 14 commercial cleaning locations
- Conduct routine building inspections and quality checks
- Train and support new and existing cleaners
- Coordinate scheduling and coverage when call-offs occur
- Troubleshoot site issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain communication with operations leadership
- Monitor supply levels and equipment needs
- Step in to assist with cleaning when necessary
- Maintain high client service standards

Leadership experience is not required. Cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We value ownership, work ethic, and follow-through above all.
Requirements
- Based in or near Cuyahoga Falls / Akron
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel between multiple locations nightly
- Ability to pass background check (including eligibility for US-based site clearance)
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs
- Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and reporting
