We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Laredo location to serve as the premier face of our brand. Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary, on-site point of contact for high-value clients and stakeholders visiting our Laredo facility, ensuring an executive-level service experience.
- In-Person De-escalation: Lead face-to-face conflict resolution, managing complex or sensitive client issues with immediate operational authority, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- On-Site Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily flow of the front-office service environment, optimizing the customer journey from arrival to resolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with on-site logistics, account management, and floor supervisors to expedite client requests and ensure seamless operational execution.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain an immaculate, professional environment that reflects our corporate standards and drives regional customer retention.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in high-touch, face-to-face customer service, hospitality management, or on-site client relations.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively lead face-to-face engagements in the Laredo region.
- Poise and Presence: Exceptional interpersonal and non-verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to project confidence and command authority in high-stakes, in-person scenarios.
- Problem-Solving: Sharp, real-time critical thinking skills with the ability to make decisive, professional judgments on the spot.
