Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
- Conduct high-volume outreach (50+ calls per shift) to parents interested in signing up their child.
- Manage sales admin tasks, including auditing all sales, running performance numbers, and following up with warm leads.
Center Management & Support
- Handle member requests, administrative tasks, and resolve customer inquiries with a "leader-first" mentality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized environment for our families.
Mentorship & Leadership
- Set the standard for the coaching team by bringing elite energy and professionalism.
- Serve as a positive role model for our students and families.

Job Requirements
- Driver’s License (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred, or willing to obtain)
- Preferred Experience: Youth sports coaching, fitness training, early childhood education (preschool/elementary), or retail/sales management.
Typical Weekly Schedule
- Sunday: OFF
- Monday: 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Tuesday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Friday: OFF
- Saturday: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM
> Note: One weekend day is required for this role. Slight schedule variations may be negotiated for the right candidate.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
