We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of multifamily housing premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of many varieties such as grounds keeping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc. A Maintenance Technician professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the apartments, buildings, and common areas in the best possible condition while bringing a satisfactory response to resident issues. We need someone with a yes I can attitude and good team player. Every 4 week rotation for emergency on call for 2 properties. work schedule 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday.
