The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced and energetic Pizza Maker to join our team for 3 to 4 evenings per week (averaging 15–20 hours). This is a unique, flexible role with excellent earning potential ($15.00 - $21.00/hour based on experience) and a clear path toward increased responsibility and shift management.
What You'll Do:
· Prepare high-quality pizzas by expertly hand-stretching fresh dough and baking in stone deck ovens.
· Prepare subs, salads, and wings (we will train you if needed!).
· Coordinate efficient and accurate order completion during busy evening rushes.
· Provide excellent, professional customer service, including accurate order-taking and ringing up sales.
· Maintain food safety standards and manage proper food rotation to ensure freshness.
· Execute appropriate closing and cleaning procedures at the end of your shift.
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience hand-stretching fresh dough (Required).
· Attitude: A positive vibe, coachable mindset, and a strong team player.
· Skills: Ability to problem-solve using sound reasoning and good judgment in a fast-paced environment. Must take immense pride in the quality of your work.
