Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for a DIRECT HIRE Trumpf Laser Programmer in Toledo, OH for a large, well known company. An ideal Tube Laser Programmer candidate will have strong experience programming and operating tube laser equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Available shifts 1st shift 6AM to 3:30PM Monday to Thursday, 6AM to 2:30PM Friday
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Program and manage Trumpf Tube Laser production
- Develop custom products and customer-specific designs
- Optimize laser programs for efficiency and material utilization
- Troubleshoot production and programming issues
- Maintain engineering documentation and drawing revisions
- Support continuous improvement and automation projects
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proficiency reading mechanical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with tube laser programming preferred
