Job Summary:
We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and fast-paced Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. We pride ourselves on handcrafted New York style pizzas made with fresh ingredients and quality care. The Pizza Maker is responsible for preparing dough, assembling orders, cooking pizzas to perfection, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipe and quality standards
- Stretch, top, and cook pizzas in oven to correct temperature and doneness
- Ensure consistency in size, quality, and presentation of every pizza
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
- Keep prep station and kitchen area clean, stocked, and sanitized
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Assist with other menu items (calzones, cheesesteaks, etc.) as needed
- Maintain a professional, positive attitude under pressure
