We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our goods—from receiving and storage to assembly and distribution.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management & Strategy

Strategically manage warehouse operations in alignment with company policies and long-term vision.

Oversee receiving, inventory control, assembly, and distribution to ensure maximum efficiency.

Develop and implement daily/weekly workflows and space utilization plans to increase throughput.
Team Leadership

Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance management.

Recruit, train, and mentor employees to meet performance goals and long-term development objectives.
Inventory & Assembly

Maintain inventory accuracy through effective stock control measures and regular audits/cycle counts.

Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and minimize shrinkage.

Lead the assembly process to ensure daily orders are completed on time to meet shipping deadlines.

Continually review and refine assembly workflows to maximize productivity.
Safety & Compliance

Enforce health, safety, hygiene, and security protocols in line with legal regulations.

Conduct regular safety training sessions to promote a secure and compliant work environment.
Logistics & Performance

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.

Collaborate with suppliers and transport companies to streamline logistics.

Analyze KPIs and productivity metrics to identify bottlenecks and prepare performance reports for senior management.
Required:

5+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar operational leadership role.

Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and inventory management systems (WMS).

Proven leadership skills with a focus on motivating and managing diverse teams.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar digital tools.
Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.

Tech Stack: Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of NetSuite and ShipHawk is a significant bonus.

Certifications in warehouse safety protocols or forklift operation.
