Epoxy Flooring Technician (Advancement Opportunity to Lead Installer)

Lead Installer Pay: $23–$28 per hour
Location: Utah County, Salt Lake County, and surrounding areas

We are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual who wants more than just a job. This position is designed to develop into a Lead Installer role for the right candidate.
Position Overview
As an Epoxy Flooring Technician, you will assist with all aspects of concrete preparation and floor coating installations. No epoxy experience is required, but construction experience, mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic are highly valued.
The right candidate will have the opportunity to advance into a Lead Installer position, managing projects, crews, and customer interactions.
Responsibilities
· Assist with concrete grinding and surface preparation
· Mix and install epoxy, polyaspartic, and other coating systems
· Help load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment
· Perform concrete crack repairs and joint filling
· Maintain a clean and organized job site
· Follow company safety procedures
· Communicate professionally with customers and team members
· Learn installation techniques and company processes
· Assist Lead Installer with project completion
Qualifications
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Dependable and punctual
· Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
· Construction, flooring, concrete, painting, or epoxy experience is a plus but not required
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
· Previous experience in epoxy flooring, concrete coatings, construction, painting, or related trades
· Experience operating grinders, vacuums, and other construction equipment
· Leadership experience or desire to advance into a Lead Installer role
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
· Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
