Casa De Pancho Mexican Grill and Cantina is currently seeking experience cooks and preps.
We offer full time and part time hours. Hours are in the mornin/afternoon/nights
Line Cook:
- review ticket order and prepare plates
- Work well around stations such as flat grill, stove, fryer
- Prepare plates as fast as possible and presentable at all times
- maintain stations cleaned and fully stocked up
- Be a team player
Preps:
- Cut and dice vegetables
- Prepare salsas
- Prepare, clean and de-vein shrimp
- Follow recipes
- Knowledge of meat cutting and cleaning
- Maintain area cleaned and sanitized
- Assure that all toppings, salads, taquitos, flautas are fully stocked
