Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manufacture reinforced concrete products used in infrastructure and construction projects
- Set up and prepare concrete forms, molds, and production materials
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete according to quality specifications
- Operate production equipment and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform routine housekeeping and basic equipment maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
