- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and drivability concerns
- Complete multipoint inspections
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and safety standards
- Communicate repair needs accurately with service advisors
- Maintain productivity and quality goals
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
- Previous automotive technician experience required
- Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
- Honda, Acura, Asian import experience preferred
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Honda certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
