Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and engaging Guest Relations Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests. The successful candidate will help maintain the intrigue and exclusivity of our speakeasy entrance, guiding guests through our unique 1930s rotary phone entry system. This role requires an individual who can provide an exceptional first impression while managing our unique "hidden code" entry system, ensuring all guests feel both the exclusivity and the warm inclusivity of our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the venue, providing a positive first impression of our establishment.
- Assist guests with the unique entry process, utilizing the 1930s rotary phone and "hidden code" system.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our establishment to answer any guest inquiries accurately and promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Manage the flow of guests in and out of the venue, maintaining an organized and efficient operation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as concierge, host/hostess, or similar hospitality role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
- A dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to manage the flow of people through the business operation.
- Must be of legal age to work in an establishment serving alcohol.
