Looking for a reliable and skilled dump truck driver to haul construction materials (dirt & gravel) to and from active job sites.
Pardue Excavating LLC is a family owned and operated business since 1968. Our company primarily performs underground utilities, yard grading, installing septic systems, and hauling topsoil and gravel.
**Heavy machinery experience a plus!!**
Monday-Friday with start time at 6:30 am at the yard located in Gallatin, TN
40-50 HR week average. We generally work 10 hour days depending on weather and work volume.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Class "A" or "B" CDL driver's license
Clean driving record (MVR) meeting company insurance requirements
Current DOT medical card
Ability to operate a MANUAL tri-axle dump truck. Prior dump truck experience is preferred, but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obey traffic laws and safety regulations while driving on road
Requires safe driving in high-traffic and job site environments
Perform pre-trip & post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transit and on job site
Complete and turn in all paperwork on a daily basis to office personnel
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck at all times

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
