We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our sign manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality custom signage and graphics while ensuring all artwork is production-ready and meets customer expectations. This position requires strong design skills, knowledge of large format printing, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
Design custom sign layouts including:
- Monument signs
- Pylon signs
- Sign cabinets
- Channel letters
- Directional & wayfinding signs
- Interior & exterior signage
- ADA-compliant signage
- Create vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and decals.
- Design banners, window graphics, wall murals, and promotional signage.
- Prepare production-ready artwork for CNC routing, vinyl cutting, digital printing, and fabrication.
- Develop scaled shop drawings and sign renderings for customer approvals.
- Ensure designs comply with local sign ordinances and customer specifications.
- Work closely with sales staff, project managers, fabricators, and installers to ensure projects are completed accurately.
- Make revisions based on customer feedback while maintaining design quality.
- Organize artwork files and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Review artwork for spelling, dimensions, colors, and production accuracy before release.
- Assist with branding projects, logo recreation, and vector artwork conversion.
- Maintain consistency with company quality standards and deadlines.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
