We are seeking a dynamic and talented Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! As a Nail Technician, you will utilize your expertise in nail artistry, customer service, and sanitation to enhance our clients’ beauty experience. Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and upselling additional treatments or retail products
- Apply knowledge of color theory to create customized nail designs that complement clients’ preferences and styles
- Assist with retail sales by promoting nail care products, skincare items, and other beauty essentials
- Support the salon’s overall cleanliness and organization, ensuring workstations are sanitized and well-maintained
- Communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages (if bilingual) to enhance their experience and foster loyalty
Experience
- Valid cosmetology license preferred; certification in nail technology required.
- Prior experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel application, or acrylics is highly desirable
- Knowledge of advanced techniques including eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, hair threading, barbering, and skin care treatments is a plus
- Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on nail health and maintenance
- Familiarity with retail math for upselling products effectively and increasing sales volume

Pay: $560.00 - $1,500.00 per week
