About the Role:
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for:
Safely transporting patients to and from medical appointments, treatments, and other facilities in a timely and efficient manner
Providing exceptional patient care and support during transportation, including assisting with mobility and transferring patients as needed
Maintaining accurate records of patient transportation and reporting any issues or concerns to management
Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
Adhering to all company policies and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
