As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand and online presence.
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with strong experience managing Facebook and Instagram platforms. This individual will play a key role in building brand awareness, increasing engagement, and generating leads through strategic and consistent social media efforts. We are also wanting this person to learn the dispatching role, this will be discussed during the interview process*
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our Facebook and Instagram accounts
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Run and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Collaborate with the team to highlight services, promotions, and company culture
- Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram for a business or brand. If you do not have a lot of experience, you can grow here. Your focus will be Social Media Marketing only.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Creative mindset with strong content creation skills (photo/video/editing)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for performance improvement
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
- Honest, reliable, clean background
- Willing to submit to a pre hire drug test
