Laurelmead Cooperative, a Luxury, Independent living retirement community, on Providence’s East Side, seeks an experienced per diem driver. Must be available to work weekends driving the 13-passenger van to local events, including PPAC, Trinity Rep, Concerts and other activities in the greater Providence area. Occasional holidays, weekdays and evenings shifts as well.
This position provides transportation for residents according to reservations and schedules. They drive both a sedan and the (13 passenger) facility van, coordinates and provides daily transportation of residents to various scheduled events, ensures proper care and use of the van and automobiles, and maintains accurate records of all transportation requests.
Candidates must be professional, have good communication skills and knowledge of the East Side of Providence and its surrounding neighborhoods including East Providence, Pawtucket and Attleboro. Must have an active driver's license and a good driving record.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
