Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Construction Cleaner/Laborer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including sweeping, dusting, and debris removal to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with general labor tasks such as moving materials, tools, and equipment around the site
- Conduct detailed cleaning of surfaces, floors, and work areas using appropriate techniques such as buffing or industrial cleaning methods
- Support facilities maintenance activities, including minor repairs and upkeep of site amenities
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning and labor activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met through efficient site management
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is highly preferred
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, including floor care and buffing techniques
- Experience with industrial cleaning or residential painting is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Reliable work ethic with excellent teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction sites
