The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Professional Cook to join our team. You’ll prep and execute menu items — shawarma, falafel, rice bowls, flatbreads, and more — with speed, consistency, and care.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and portion standards
- Manage station prep and mise en place before each service
- Follow food safety and sanitation requirements at all times
- Support inventory rotation and minimize waste
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional cooking experience
- Strong knife skills and comfort with standard kitchen equipment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Mediterranean cuisine experience a plus, not required
