Due to our continued growth, we are looking for energetic and motivated Account Managers to deliver our ice cream on route trucks, repair/service freezers, develop relationships with decision makers and grow sales in existing accounts.
No experience is necessary. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role rotating our product, hanging POP, and working one on one based interactions, with the main purpose of merchandising and growing sales in existing accounts. Furthermore, you will relieve route salesmen, move freezers and perform other miscellaneous duties as needed, while maintaining a high level of service and ensuring that your customers are satisfied. If you are ready to work hard and do a lot of heavy lifting, this is a great way to make an excellent income. You can expect to make $54k + your first year, plus we offer excellent benefits and perks as well as plenty of room for advancement as we open up new markets.

Job Requirements
We are looking for hard-working and enthusiastic Retail Merchandisers who combine solid mechanical and selling abilities, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong motivation for success. You should also have excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service abilities to thrive within a fast paced customer service-oriented environment. If you have done manual labor and are physically able to work long days doing a lot of heavy lifting, this may be just the job for you. No experience is required—we will provide you with all the training you need.
Specific qualifications for this retail merchandising role include:
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to pass all DOT physical and drug screen
- Ability to lift heavy loads
- Willingness to work long hours
- Previous retail sales experience, a plus
