James Faulkner Elementary School is seeking a paraprofessional educator for the 2026-2027 school year. The paraeducator will provide support to students with academic and behavioral needs in order to promote access to the general education curriculum, foster appropriate social interactions, and support the development of self-regulation skills. This position requires close collaboration with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and related service providers.
Previous experience with elementary school aged children preferred. Qualified candidates will have general knowledge of elementary curriculum and content knowledge. Formal training in implementation of behavior plans preferred.
