MUST HAVE 6+ MONTHS OF FLOOR TECH EXPERIENCE

Cleaning offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas.

Moving furniture before and after cleaning.

Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping, and waxing floors.

Strips, seals, finishes, and polishes floors
-
Shampoo carpets.

Cleaning escalators.
-
Power washing sidewalks.
-
Operating chemical dispensing units.
-
Clean floors by utilizing scrubbers
-
Keeping an inventory of floor areas, and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties.

Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor.
-
May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals, cleaning solutions and appropriate equipment.

Mixes water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications

Cleans and vacuums carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatment
-
Requisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 8 P.M.- 4:30 A.M.
