Lube Technician Responsibilities
As a Lube Technician, you'll play an important role in maintaining our customers' vehicles and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing oil and filter changes
- Applying lubricants to vehicle components to ensure optimal performance
- Rotating tires and checking tire pressure
- Replacing cabin, fuel, air, and oil filters
- Inspecting vehicles for fluid leaks and maintenance concerns
- Performing engine cleaning services as needed
- Lubricating wheel bearings and other moving components
- Conducting multi-point vehicle inspections
- Recommending needed maintenance based on inspection findings
- Communicating effectively with Service Advisors regarding vehicle status and repair timelines
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Previous automotive maintenance experience
- Completion of a lube technician or automotive service program
- ASE Certification (a plus, but not required)
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving and time management abilities
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new technologies, repair procedures, and service specifications
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
