We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse fabrication projects, utilizing advanced welding techniques and mechanical skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating expertise in various welding processes and fabrication methods to deliver high-quality results safely and efficiently. Duties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and assembly processes
- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and <LOCATION> welding with precision according to project specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape and assemble metal components
- Read and utilize calipers, micrometers, and schematics for accurate measurements and quality control
- Operate rigging equipment and forklifts to move materials safely around the worksite or shop floor
- Fabricate ductwork, piping, sheet metal assemblies, and structural components adhering to ASME codes & standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols at all times
Experience
- Proven construction site experience with hands-on welding and fabrication tasks
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and basic math for precise fabrication work
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, FCAW welding techniques; experience with <LOCATION> welding preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of pipe threading, machining, soldering, and assembly processes
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, plasma cutting equipment, press brake machines, and schematics
- Ability to operate cranes and rigging equipment safely on construction sites or manufacturing facilities
- Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to welding and fabrication practices

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
