Primary duties include:
- Greeting patients with a smile
- Pleasant attitude
- Verifying insurance and referrals
- Collecting co-pay
- Scheduling visits for patients
- Answering phones in a polite manner
- Assist physician with direct patient care
- Take vital signs including blood pressure, pulse and temperature
- Performs selective clinical administrative duties
- Prepare patients for examination and treatment
- Assist with scheduling of tests, treatments and referrals
- Maintain patient files, records, transmits medical records according to HIPPA law
- Efficient Computer skills
- Effective communication skills and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to multitask
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Team player with leadership skills
- Job Duty: Full Time or Part Time
