Overview
We are a lighting specification and supply company looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team. We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled PROJECT MANAGER – LIGHTING to lead and oversee complex lighting projects from inception to completion.
We’re looking for someone who can manage projects, communicate confidently with customers, understand technical drawings, and help grow our business. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for innovative system design.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must speak and communicate in English
- Must have AutoCAD experience
- Knowledge of electricity and electrical systems is a strong plus
- Experience or knowledge in lighting is preferred
- Must have some sales experience and be comfortable working with customers
- Project management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and experience using AI tools is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage lighting projects from specification through completion
- Work with customers, contractors, architects, designers, and suppliers
- Review and work with AutoCAD drawings and lighting plans
- Assist customers with lighting selections and technical questions
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and project documentation
- Follow up on leads and help develop new business
- Coordinate orders, materials, deliveries, and project schedules
- Track projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers
- Use technology and AI tools to improve productivity and workflow
- Help resolve technical and project-related issues
IDEAL CANDIDATE
We’re looking for someone who is organized, professional, technically minded, and comfortable talking to customers.
Someone with a background in lighting, electrical work, construction, engineering, or a related field would be a great fit.

Hours
- Mon-Thurs 9am-6pm
- Friday 9am-3pm
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
