WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED ONCE A MONTH

REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES:
- Availability of at least two days, or ten productivity units a week, and one weekend a month for per diem licensed vocational nurses. Visits are typically conducted between the hours of 8 am-5 pm.
- Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, auto insurance
- At least one year of experience with direct patient care as a licensed vocational nurse (LVN)
- Able to perform wound care, blood draw, and catheter care
- Make home visits to clients in the community, as well as Senior Living, Assisted Living, and Independent Living facilities.
- Open cases and perform thorough evaluations of patients' functional status
- Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers to more independent living.

- Please note, if we do move forward with a job offer, our orientation will take place over four days at our office in Glendale, followed by tag-along visits in the field. We schedule your orientation dates well in advance so you can work our orientation around your schedule. Our orientations are done in groups and, unfortunately, we cannot alter the Monday- Thursday 8:30 am-5 pm schedule. Do not apply if you are unable to attend our orientation if hired.
