Practice Overview

You'll lead a 4-year OB/GYN residency program with 16 residents (4 per class) and strong board outcomes

Split focus: approximately 50% program leadership and 50% clinical oversight (L&D, OR, resident clinic)

Full spectrum subspecialty support available on-site (MFM, Gyn Onc, Urogynecology, REI)

Busy, well-supported clinical environment with approximately 80-100 births per month
Schedule

Clinic schedule designed to protect leadership time: Mon-Thu 8:00a-4:00p; Fri 8:00a-12:00p

You'll oversee clinical rotations and resident call schedules, with faculty supervision aligned to ACGME expectations

Blend of OR, L&D coverage, and resident clinic time, structured but with practical flexibility

Future option to incorporate a private practice component if desired

Candidate Requirements

OB/GYN physician with the experience and leadership presence to serve as Residency Program Director

Comfort leading ACGME accreditation compliance, curriculum development, and Clinical Competency Committee processes

Ability to recruit and engage faculty while supporting resident wellness, performance, and professional growth

Strong clinical skills across L&D, OR, and ambulatory women's health with an interest in teaching
