Corporate Restaurant Recruiter
The Hyde Park Restaurant Group is seeking an Corporate Restaurant Recruiter for our office in Beachwood. This is a Monday through Friday in-office position supporting fine dining concept restaurant operations, additional responsibilities

Requirements:
- 2+ years of Recruiting experience
- 100% in office NO REMOTE OR HYBRID AVAILABLE
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Collaborative drive for success
- Self-motivated
- Prior restaurant experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Human Resources, etc) preferred
- Previous hospitality recruiting experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Identify and source hourly and salary candidates for all restaurant locations
- Search for candidates online via Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Ensure all ads are posted and kept up to date while meeting all legal requirements
- Cold calling, Restaurant Visits, Travel up to 25%
- Social Media content creation
- Researching of concepts, different markets, recruiting sources for viable candidates
- Develop relationships with candidates as well as 3rd part recruiting sources, colleges, etc.
- Coordinate background checks with Human Resources department and evaluate references
- Maintain candidate database and other related files
- Full-cycle recruiting including Job Offer
- Use the current applicant management system to ensure candidates are tracked through the screening process to the assessment stage, and that all candidates receive timely feedback.
- Complete all assigned reports and keep all records and files accurate and up-to-date.
- Participate in any auditing or additional administrative duties as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
