PCA, CNA, Homemaker Positions Available
Job Summary
We are looking for caring people to join our homecare team, helping clients with daily living, comfort, and safety. This important position supports individuals with a variety of health conditions, such as disabilities and dementia. We have immediate openings for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles.
Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to promote a positive and supportive environment for clients.
- Support client mobility, including safe transfers to and from beds or wheelchairs.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of client rooms and shared spaces.
- Comply with all safety protocols and infection control procedures.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Collaborate with administrative personnel to execute individualized care plans, including those for hospice care clients.
Skills
- Strong knowledge to respond effectively in urgent situations.
- Proficient in providing client care tailored to individual needs, including dementia care and working with people with disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and homecare team members.
- Ability to work compassionately under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
- Drivers license a plus
