We are seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic-based team in Silver Spring, Maryland. This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA who values clinical excellence, professional development, and meaningful collaboration while making a lasting impact on children and families.
As a BCBA, you will provide clinical leadership, develop individualized treatment programs, and ensure high-quality ABA services that help clients achieve meaningful outcomes.
Conduct behavioral assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skill-based assessments, and ongoing evaluations
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Analyze client data and make evidence-based treatment modifications
Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Conduct caregiver and parent training to promote skill generalization across environments
Collaborate with families, interdisciplinary providers, and clinical leadership
Ensure compliance with BACB standards, insurance requirements, and organizational policies
Complete clinical documentation, treatment authorizations, and progress reports in a timely manner
Participate in team meetings, clinical consultations, and ongoing professional development activities
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain Maryland licensure
Experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents with ASD
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior reduction strategies, and skill acquisition programming
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing quality assurance practices
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to effectively manage a caseload while maintaining high clinical standards
Previous clinic-based ABA experience
Experience with insurance-funded ABA services and authorization processes
Interest in mentoring staff and pursuing future leadership opportunities
