Duties
- Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their golf experience
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system for sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Uphold phone etiquette when answering inquiries or taking reservations, ensuring clear communication and professionalism
- Skills
- Prior experience with POS systems, computers and cash register operations
- Experience in hospitality environments is a plus
- Ability to perform basic math for transactions & inventory counts
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively
- Ability to drive motorized golf carts & range golf ball picker and work in various weather conditions.
- Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus for supporting water-related activities or safety measures. Possessing and/ or acquiring this certification will add value to the overall hourly pay.
