Your Responsibilities:
Perform daily housekeeping duties including cleaning resident rooms, hallways, and common areas
Collect, wash, fold, and return linens and residents’ personal laundry
Follow infection control and sanitation procedures
Refill supplies including soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials as needed
Work cooperatively with nursing staff and other departments
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
Properly handle cleaning equipment and supplies
Complete additional duties as assigned by housekeeping or laundry leadership
Who We’re Looking For:
Previous housekeeping, laundry, or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Compassionate, resident-focused attitude
Willingness to follow facility policies and safety procedures
