About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized treatment plans for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to children, ages 2-12, in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and clinics. You will be responsible for implementing behavioral interventions, tracking client progress, and providing feedback to BCBAs and families.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to children with autism and other developmental disabilities
Implement behavioral interventions and strategies designed by BCBAs
Track client progress and maintain accurate records of sessions
Provide feedback to BCBAs and families on client progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including BCBAs, occupational therapists, and speech therapists
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain certification and stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements
Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly to ensure client safety
